What made you fall in love with this home

We fell in love with the open concept living areas. Being on top of the hill we loved the
amount of natural light we got in each room, as well as the set back privacy while being so
centrally located to everything. There is great storage space which is important for us in
keeping the house organized.

Please describe the renovation process (if you renovated of course)

Since we planned to stay in this house for a long time we did a lot of renovations and
improvements, we updated and upgraded basically everything and the kitchen was our next
project down the line if we stayed. We love the way the house is right now, very clean,
organized and functional!

Why are you moving?

We planned to stay in this house for a long time but our lives changed completely in the last
few days. My husband got a new job offer in another state that we could not say no to and we
are sad to leave this beautiful home and home that the new owner will love it as much as we
have!

Tell me about the grounds...

We loved the private back patio ideal for entertaining and a low maintenance yard. We
invested a lot in expanding the parking area, and trees for privacy.

What makes your property so special?

This property is special because the location is so central to everything, yet it feels like we
are away from all the busy of the world. It is a relaxing home with great entertaining space.

Did you ever consider putting in a pool?

Not a pool as we had one in our last home, but a tub/spa and an outdoor kitchen was in our
plans.
