1. The view of our beautiful backyard from the
kitchen window, especially when Chester Farms’
horses are grazing on the hill in the distance.

2. Watching the snowfall from the floor to ceiling
windows while swimming in the heated indoor pool
in our recreation room.
3. Neighborhood holiday parties, summer BBQs and
trick-or-treat Halloweens.

4. Morning walks through our neighborhood trails.

5. Walking across the street to the Trumbull Historical
Society’s Apple Orchard on a crisp fall day to walk
our spaniel, Annie.
6. Watching the breathtaking pops of color arrive
from our rhododendrons, azaleas and hydrangeas
in the Spring bloom.

7. The warm & welcoming spirit of the Nichols
community which has lead to so many special
friendships & blessed us with wonderful neighbors.

8. The 10-minute drive to the train station and 2-
minutes to major highways. Such easy access!

9. Local summer fun with Pinewood Lake, the NIA
grounds, town pools and parks all only a quick bike
ride or walk away. Long Island beaches are also
an easy 15-minute drive from home.
10. Walking to the Farmer’s Market all summer to enjoy
great local fresh food with the whole community.
