Q: What is your favorite feature of the house or property?
A: We love the Kitchen and Sunroom. It is always sunny and a great room to relax in. We love the
flow of the house, it is so perfect for entertaining.
Q: Can you tell us a little about the neighborhood and living in Fairfield?
A: This is a great neighborhood that has a community email list so we can all share information
in. And we have very fun block parties. We have supportive neighbors that always offer great
referrals and advice.
Q: You've made some amazing improvements. Can you describe them for us?
A: We renovated the entire house and opened it up for better flow. Adding the Sunroom, deck
and covered patio allows us to vacation at home. We added hardwood floors on the Second
Level and vinyl plank flooring to the Lower Level. All the Bathrooms were renovated along
with the Kitchen.
Q: Why are you moving?
A: Even though we have done so much to improve this home, we are moving for work purposes.
