1. The open floor plan downstairs allows us to be together

while doing separate things around the house. The kids can play

and run around while I cook. My husband can play the piano in

another room and we still feel connected due to the open layout. The

downstairs is so open that the kids can run around freely.

2. The privacy of the home. The builder designed the home perfectly
so there is no view of the neighbors while inside. Even the yard is

perfectly situated so you have no view of the neighbors while sitting on

the patio.

3. The proximity to I-95, the train station and local shopping

specifically Whole Foods.

4. The safety of the home. The house is new and everything was built

well. It just feels great knowing that there are no problems or issues to
deal with.

5. The yard is large and level. The kids can run around and really

enjoy it. The fence provides nice privacy.

6. I love walking in our neighborhood, we have great side streets for

walking with sidewalks.

7. The unfinished basement is great for the kids to play in rainy days.

They have even taken their bikes down there.

8. There is plenty of storage and room for all your personal items.

The attic, basement and plenty of closets make for more then enough
room. There are two master bedroom closets that have have plenty of

room and storage for staying organized.

9. The spa like master bathroom is an escape every time you enter. It

is a sanctuary with beautiful decor and fixtures.

10. The house is so bright and cheerful. The colors are modern and it

has a positive energy.
