Q: What is your favorite space in the home?
A: Tough question but we have to say the kitchen. We have so
many memories here, making holiday meals, teaching our son
to bake, entertaining. I grew up in an Italian family, so there was
always sauce simmering or fresh pasta being made, and I like
recreating that same memories for my family. We always come
together in the kitchen every night for supper and it’s the best
way to end the day.
Q: What attracted you the home when you purchased?
A: In one word, quality. The custom awards are nice to
mention but the custom details are what stood out to us. No
detail was spared, from the hinges on the front door to the
curved hallways, it was clear just how solidly this house was
constructed.
Q: What do you love about the area/neighborhood?
A: We love the proximity to the beaches and our own direct
water access – we enjoy taking our paddleboards to Compo
Mill Cove to grab breakfast in the Summer at Elviras and
paddling home. The street is a cul de sac with indiscreet signage
so we don’t have any traffic and the neighborhood has kids of all
ages - we have spent many hours riding bikes on the street and
toasting marshmallows in the firepit!
