square cut outs that mimic the stairwell newel

posts and doors throughout the home. All of

the wood floors are Brazilian mahogany, and

the ceiling in this section of the house has

incredible detail with structured wood beams
and detailed lighting. Extremely welcoming

and warm, a great place to curl up with a

book or watch a movie. The openness to the

dining area is wonderful flow, as the windows

wrap around to provide the cinematic

waterscape view.
