What made you fall in love with the home?

The privacy and peace were exactly what we needed. Coming from NYC, it felt like a true escape—
quiet, calming, and surrounded by nature.

Describe the renovation process:

We took the home down to the studs and redesigned it to be open and spacious. The layout now
flows well and feels comfortable and functional. Our goal was to create a space that brings people
together, and it really does.

Why are you moving?

We're relocating to be closer to family. It’s the right time for us to make that move.

Tell me about the grounds:

The outdoor space has been one of our favorite parts of living here. We’ve spent countless hours
outside—grilling, running around with the kids, and just enjoying the peace and quiet. Wildlife like

bunnies and deer are regular visitors, which adds to the charm.

What makes your property so special?

The sense of privacy and the ability to really disconnect. You’re surrounded by woods, which gives
the whole place a natural, calming feel. It’s a place where you can truly unwind.
