62 CARDINAL HILL ROAD
1. Our Location! We are close enough to
everything in town and still able to walk into
Southport Village .
2. Decorating our expansive front porch for
holidays: pumpkins galore at Halloween and
hundreds of holiday lights and garland at
Christmas
3. Many beautiful Saturdays on our patio grilling
and entertaining friends and neighbors.
4. Our expansive front to back living room has
hosted many large family gatherings around
the piano .
5. We have enjoyed the benefits of living on a
private cul-de-sac street: it’s quiet and there’s
no through traffic so the kids could ride their
bikes with little to worry about.
6. Memories of birthday parties held in our
backyard...great space for sack races and
crocket.
7. Our Master bedroom suite! So spacious and
private. Our quiet haven!
8. The mudroom entrance off the kitchen! With a
house full of children they need a place to
stash coats, backpacks and shoes.
9. The huge sunny family room and all the nights
we played Monopoly in front of the fireplace.
10. Family walks along Harbor Road to watch the
sailboats come and go.
