3. Enjoying an adult beverage in our hot tub on a cold winter night.

4. Lounging on the deck listening to our favorite music while enjoying our beautiful
landscape and gardens.

5. Enjoying pizza from Uncle Joe's, Tapas from Cafe Madrid or sushi from Little
Tokyo, all 5 minutes away.

6. Loving the fact that 165 Ponus was so unique as it felt like you were in Vermont
because of the total peace, quiet, serenity and privacy that you get with a home
located in the center of 2+ acres, yet you're located minutes from all the urban
action.

7. Cooking and entertaining in the magnificent open chef's kitchen.

8. Walking the various corners of the property and enjoying nature. Seeing the
wildlife as well as the plant life. Cutting my own fresh flowers every week.
