        •   Had housing inspection at the end of 2019.


            We fixed any recommendations (which were minor) in January 2020.






        •      Sprinkler system






        •      Finished basement






        •      Renovated Kitchen and all bathrooms






        •      CT Basements System for basement so there is no moisture ever.






        •      Added hardwood woods to entire second floor.






        •      Clearview Windows adjusted or replaced all windows in the house in January 2020.






        •      Newly landscaped entire yard.






        •      Did all necessary tree work so all are healthy and safe- February 2020.






        •      New furnace





        •      Annual service for central A/C and heating systems
