Welcome Home, to Connecticut Valley Homes. Since 1981 we have built 1,500+ homes

throughout CT, RI, MA, Fishers and Block Islands. We custom design homes per our
client’s needs in three locations East Lyme, Fairfield, CT. and Westerly RI. From formal to
contemporary, coastal to countryside our full service design/build firm has the ability
to take your plan from conception to completion in as little as ten months. Employing
modular technology allows us to completely design your home and predict your

investment before any construction begins. This advantage helps control unforseen
oversights and costly overruns. Custom kitchens, modern finishes and timeless touches
define our homes. We regularly hear how our homes are built faster, stronger, more

efficient and in many cases for less than a comparable site built home. We are building
partnerships and homes. Our relationship doesn’t end when we finish, it continues well
beyond the time we hand over your keys.

PINE MEADOWS PLAN

A proud and warmly livable home, this plan has everything! The kitchen with dinette is

open to the spacious great room and a large walk-in pantry. The first floor also includes
a dining room, powder room, enclosed laundry room and mudroom. The second floor
boasts four bedrooms, two full baths and a master suite with separate “his” and “her”
walk-in closets. This versatile home has an easily personalized floor plan which allows for
