We custom designed our home for the comfort of our young family and

entertaining with family and friends.

WHY ARE YOU MOVING?
The family has grown and gone, we no longer need the space and all the

ammenities.

WILL YOU MISS THE NEIGHBORS?
Yes, the private cul-de-sac and woodlands have been very condusive to raising

a family.

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR GROUNDS...
We were lucky to find and harvest sufficient Belgium Block from a historic

area in the Canarsie area of Brooklyn New York.

WHAT MAKES YOUR LOT SPECIAL?
The added privacy of the land we donated to the Land Trust in the

rear of the lot.
