A lower level walk out with a

“sweet” history. During the

prohibition, a family by the name

of Schwartz lived here turned the

basement to an Ice cream parlor

that served the neighborhood. To

this day people come by to share

stories of their family's memories

of the Ice Cream Parlor. Now it's

been transformed to a great den

with a gym, sauna, and full bath.
