              Removed 2 support columns in the Basement and replaced with a supporting
              I-Beam so to accommodate a 12' x 6' Snooker Table. Fully finished the

              Deck size enlarged by 2 ft.
              Added retractable, full cover awning to Deck

              to water plants and clean deck, one in the garage to water front plants and

              Side-mount Garage door opener - ensures no interference in the center ceiling
              of the garage for larger vehicles.

              Walk-in Pantry on the side Kitchen wall with pocket door.
              Deck size enlarged by 2 ft.
              Walk-in Shower in the upstairs guest bathroom
