Interview with the Homeowner

                                                       Home purchased in 2005

Q: What made you fall in love with this home

A: When you drive up the driveway of our home, you can see the large wooded property unfold

before your eyes. As you walk from the garage into the house we almost always stop to

look to see what’s happening in the yard. The oversized kitchen is the hub where most of

our living happens, but we do like to tuck into the living room for winter time fires in the

fireplace, reading and bird watching out the large window.

Q: Will you miss the neighbor/neighbors?

A: While not located in a conventional neighborhood, we will miss our wildlife neighbors…

deer, chipmunks, fox, an abundance of songbirds and the occasional hawks and owls. The

street enjoys a friendly mix of walkers, joggers and bike riders. A quick walk down the road

takes you to acres of town Open Space for dog walking, exercising or meandering.

Q: Tell me about the grounds...

A: Our expansive property includes tall shade trees, gorgeous swaths of moss, sunshine and

the most perfect sightline of the sunrise right from the kitchen sink. We will truly miss this

                           place.

Q: What makes your property so special?

A: The connection between our home and it’s property. Out each window is a pretty and

interesting view of the outdoors. We start most days with a walk around the (fenced) yard

with our dogs – it’s like our own private park!
