TOP 10 THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT LIFE AT 6 PLEASANT VALLEY LANE

1. Location location location! You can’t beat it! In the heart of everything… about 4

minutes to the Merritt, 6 min to 95 and Greens Farms train station Walk to middle and high

schools. Close to town. Our greatest pleasure has been the amazing walk to Wakeman town

farm area and athletic fields with our dog twice a day. The people who walk their dogs have

become great friends and the dogs can be off leash. Imagine a quick walk or 1 min drive to watch

your kids sports games!

2. Ease of living- The layout of this house makes daily life easy and entertaining a breeze. It is open,

bright, warm and has up to date flow. It is so spacious without feeling overwhelmingly large. The 2nd

floor family room is our absolute favorite. For us, it doubles as a movie room and teen hangout.

3. Space and storage… Entertaining and having family to come stay with us is something everyone

looks forward to. We can have family come for extended stays and all have their own spaces and

privacy. The closets and storage are fantastic!

4. The backyard- The backyard speaks for itself with mature perennial plantings and the most

stunning specimen trees. There is color year round and privacy abounds. Grand patio and stone

walls, it is fully fenced and has a vegetable garden.

5. Architectural details- The details and millwork in this home are amazing and create an

instant feeling of home. Inside and out, we marvel at the craftsmanship daily.

6. The quiet cul-de-sac is amazing

7. The sun.. if the sun is shining so is this house! Bright and cheerful.

8. The ability to grow an amazing garden of vegetables, herbs, etc.

9. The overall coziness of this home is our favorite and all who come here marvel at how it was

achieved in large open spaces.

10. The feeling this home brings when you enter. It simply feels like HOME.
