INTERIOR RENOVATIONS
EN SUITE/LAUNDRY ROOM
• The en suite bathroom was ONE LARGE bathroom,
• It was reconfigured to make it a comfortable en suite bathroom with a jet tub/shower, installed new fixtures and
heated floor with travertine.
• The wall was erected, a slop sink installed and washer and dryer.
GUEST BATH
• Gutted out bathroom
• New fixtures and travertine floor
BUTLERS PANTRY
• This was the original location of the washer and dryer.
• Removed all fixtures and installed cabinets to accommodate the butlers pantry.
GREAT ROOM
• The entire great room was covered wood exactly like in the artist studio/game room.
• It was all removed, sheet rocked and painted
MAIN HALLWAY
• Originally had old wall paper on the walls, removed it, sheetrocked where needed, skimmed coat and painted.
DINING ROOM
• Originally had old wall paper on the walls, removed it, sheetrocked where needed, skimmed coat and painted.
• Added chair rail and wainscotting
DOWNSTAIRS OFFICE
• Originally the walls were covered with wood exactly like in the artist studio/game room, with a small window.
(replaced with the door)
• We removed the wood walls, installed hardwood floor, recessed lighting, custom cabinetry, french door, stairs
going into the office.
