We love about 11 Foxwood Road

1. Our neighborhood is very walkable. We love taking long walks in the neighborhood with
the dogs in the evenings and on the weekends.

2. We love that our home is in a quiet neighborhood where we can relax and unwind.

3. The Trumbull school system has been excellent all the way around from academics to

sports. It was a very positive experience for our family.

4. The Main Level private Oˆce has been a great extra workspace to have. This was
especially helpful when my husband starting working full time from home.

5. We love that the kids could go out and ride their bikes and play in our immediate

neighborhood. We have been blessed with neighbors that have become great friends.

6. We really enjoyed being associate members at Pinewood Lake in Nichols which is just a
few miles away. We spent many fun summer days and nights there with friends.

7. We love that we can run out to the store for just about anything we need in just a few

short minutes.

8. We finished the basement into a recreation/bonus room for the kids. It was the perfect
space for them to hang out with friends and for us to have space for our exercise
equipment.

9. The family room was always a great place for movie nights with a cozy fire in the winter.

10. We loved hosting barbeques for family and friends. The large private backyard was perfect
for having big crowds and for the kids to set up for Volleyball or a game of touch football.
