TOP 10 THINGS
We will miss about 31 Oliva Place
1. There's plenty of room and for guests and hosting countless sleepovers for the kids in the
Lower Level Family Room.
2. We loved hosting our annual Super Bowl party with 30 of my closest friends. Between
the spacious Living Room, Dining Room, and Eat-in Kitchen area, there's always space for
entertaining!
3. I'll always cherish the long afternoons of bike riding, shooting hoops, and playing catch in
the cul-de-sac with the kids and their friends.
4. Our beautiful Kitchen hosted a great number of high school sports team pasta parties.
5. The summer barbeques on the deck were always a highlight of the season. Between the
spacious deck and the full backyard, our home was the go-to place for backyard parties
and celebrations!
6. Being so close to the beach allowed for quick trips to the shore on warm summer nights.
7. We loved spending time in the Home Oce. The recent Oce built-ins and custom
millwork addition oered so much space to keep organized- and it looks nice too!
8. There was always space for me and the three kids to all work or study at home, between
the Home Oce and the Lower Level– with potentially room for three comfortably if you
wanted to create an oce space on the Third Level.
9. Working out in the Lower Level area and not having to leave for the gym on cold winter
mornings, with plenty of room for the Peloton, was always a pleasure.
10. Walks to Starbucks on Black Rock for morning coee were a great way to kick o the
weekend with a sweet treat and some excersize.
