Q: What made you fall in love with this home:

A: First off, it's spacious enough to accommodate our growing family without feeling like we're
living on top of each other. Plus, its proximity to excellent schools in the area was a huge draw
for us ? And let's not forget the pièce de résistance: the walk-up attic! It's like having a hidden
treasure chest just waiting to be explored and transformed into whatever our hearts desire.

Q: Anything special about the neighbors/neighborhood that made living here so fun?

A: Living here is an absolute blast, and a big part of that is our incredible neighbors and the
vibrant neighborhood they create! Our kids have formed tight bonds with their kids, turning
every day into an adventure filled with laughter and playdates. What really makes this
neighborhood special is the strong sense of community.

Q: Tell me about the grounds/yard, and any improvements you're made to it.

A: We expanded the patio significantly, making it a true outdoor living space where memories
are made and laughter echoes. But that's not all – in our backyard, we've planted 55
arborvitae trees. Sure, they're still growing, but one day soon, they'll stand tall and proud,
providing complete privacy and transforming our backyard into a secluded oasis.

Q: Please describe the renovation process if there was one...

A: Since we've owned our home, we've completely finished the Third Level to create an amazing
space for an additional Bedroom or private Office! We've also added more windows, which
brings in a tremendous amount of bright light!
