                                           1. An absolutely private, peaceful and quiet place to live - that said, we

are five minutes from Black Rock Turnpike shopping and restaurants and

ten minutes from Main Street Fairfield.

                                   2. Ninety seconds to Exit 44, Merritt Turnpike - but not a whisper of traffic noise,

                                  ever.

                                 3. Two minutes to Smith-Richardson Golf Course.

                                 4. The property “wears” all the Connecticut seasons beautifully.

                                 5. The property has a very spacious, both inside our home and without - the views
(valley and hills) are beautiful throughout the year.

                                  6. The house was designed by CT architect Jim Thompson, based on the original

Robert AM Stern “Dream House” (http://www.ramsa.com/projects/project/life-

dream-house), and built by Maxwell Associates of Southport.

                                   7. Wildlife abounds - white tail deer, rabbits, chipmunks, butterflies, fireflies,

robins, cardinals, red-tailed hawks, and the occasional fox or wild turkey all

make their appearances from time to time. The geography, landscape and

visiting critters give you a woodsy feel. On cue, a deer just ran past my window

                                    as I’m typing, no kidding!
