We will miss about18 Vani Court
1. Being o the beaten path on this very private cul-de-sac in the highly sought after
Compo Beach section of Westport, so peaceful and quiet.
2. We will miss the neighborhood and the great friendships we have here, especially the
neighborhood parties and social events we enjoy regularly
3. Our house is whisper quiet because our builder used high-end windows and doors.
4. Outdoor barbecues with friends and family on our beautiful terrace, right o the
Kitchen.
5. The easy access to the train into the city. There's a path through the woods at the end
of the cul-de-sac that takes you directly to the Westport train station (about a .5 mile
walk). Such easy access if you're going into the city to catch a show or commuting
every day.
6. The easy .5 mile to Longshore Club Park and 1 mile to the beach– a beautiful walk
along sidewalks on a glorious summer day, July 4th fireworks at the beach, swim
lessons for the kids.
7. Knowing that we can open the door and take our daughter out to ride her tricycle in
the cul-de-sac and never have to worry about trac.
8. The plethora of restaurants within walking distance in Saugatuck, where you can find
everything from gourmet sushi to burgers, pizza, donuts and coee!
9. Making hot chocolate on snow days and heading outside to build snowmen with the
kids on our-cul-de sac.
10. The easy bike ride to downtown Westport with all the shopping and entertainment.
We enjoyed walking to the Farmer's Market on Thursdays and the free summer
entertainment at the Levitt Pavilion.
