                                                                          ARADE GROUND COURT

Q: What made you fall in love with this home?

A: 1. Location, location, location!! We loved Weston but did not want to be those parents who
had to drive their kids to school everyday. This gave us the privacy of living in the woods
yet we have EVERY convenience at hands reach. I would drop off my car the night before
at the mechanics, walk a mile home and the next day stroll over to pick up the car. In bad
weather the mechanics would pick me up and drive me home. Basic mom and pop values.
                           2. Weston is a small true town community driven place to live. Walk our daughters to school
everyday until they were embarrassed for me to walk them. I had the privilege to walk them
to the path and watch them go on their way to the school grounds. VERY SAFE. When our
daughters went to high school they would walk home and have lunch with me. True delight!
                           3. Deck off of master bedroom which we turned into a 3 seasoned bedroom and porch area
great for an additional work space
                           4. It’s a very spacious home, we call it “THE LONG HOUSE” there are two stair cases so
when you walk up one stair you can come down the other in a big circle. Great home for a
                             game of hide and seek!
                     Q: Why are you moving?

A: We have spent 18 wonderful years in this home creating wonderful memories, (remind me to
tell you about the penguin snowman), The family moments are unforgettable, the festive family
parties, birthday parties and even a block party or two, gatherings at the school grounds to
watch the fireworks, being a part of the Fairfield Volunteer Fire department, Volunteering in
the community, getting up early for a cool morning swim at the middle school and walking to
church. Unforgettable. Now it is time for us to pass this gem of a home to another family while we
downsize and prepare for our elder years.

Q: Tell me about the grounds:

A: Tucked away for complete privacy and safety. Breathtaking, imagine in the spring, summer
and fall sleeping under the stars in your own outdoor screened in bedroom. The sound from the
peepers and the gorgeous water element and koi pond gives this property a ZEN feeling. Very
serene, very quiet and yet walking distance to the action. Over an acre of pristine woods with
stream running through which allows for magnificent views of the four seasons. Imagine waking
up to deer grazing in your back yards whilst wild turkey are roaming your front yard with an
abundance of wild life at your door step. The privacy and serenity of the home with a vast amount
of home activities including an axe throwing wall, archery range, basket ball hoop, and sled riding
hill makes this the house that all your kids friends want to come and visit.

Q: Will you miss your neighbors?

A: Yes, we will miss our neighbors they have been wonderful and supportive for all the years

we’ve lived here. (One of our neighbors is an awesome cook and a reliable friend when in
need! TRUE AND BLUE) They will always be our neighbors and we will always stay in touch.
