What made you fall in love with 22 Douglas Drive?

We fell in love with the house when we saw the backyard and pool. We love the traditional
cape/colonial style home and the beautifully landscaped grounds. The setting on the
property was gorgeous and the house was set back from the road. The backyard is very
private and welcoming. It exudes relaxation.

Describe the renovation process.

Renovations to the home was a fun project for us. We wanted to establish an open floor
plan, so the wall between the kitchen and breakfast nook was removed. The upstairs

hallway wall was removed and blustered railings installed.
