We have an excellent cleaning service that will take
care of everything after you leave. If you could just do

a few simple things to assist them.

Place all used kitchenware into the sink or
surrounding area.

Throw out all unwanted items into the garbage.

Check all drawers and cabinets to ensure that nothing
was left behind.

Turn off all the lights, adjust thermostat to 65 in the
winter/72 in the warmer months and ensure that the
slider door is locked.

Lock the door with the code with the YALE one touch
button as you leave. Please note after 11 am your code
does expire.
