ABOUT LIFE AT1 HUBBELL LANE ...

1. Family room opens to kitchen as well as having 3 different
seating areas open and in view make for great entertaining flow. It
makes having 24 guests for Thanksgiving a breeze.

2. Enjoying a good book and coffee on the MBR Porch/terrace during the
day, or even at night under the chandeliers. Convenient 1st floor location –
no stairs! There also are great views all around from the 2nd floor terraces.

3. Spacious guest home with great room and cathedral ceiling and beams,
heated floors and granite kitchen has been great for extended family visits
and the in-laws.

4. Having a full cooks kitchen in the lower level, makes for nice food prep
location for parties while keeping the main kitchen sparkling! Also nice for
storage.

5. Lower level has real hardwood floors and stone fireplace.

6. Working out in the home gym, complete with a flat screen TV and music
system.

7. The home office is a nice, bright and spacious place to work with lots
of windows and a separate entrance.

8. The two story library with shelving on both levels fits so many books!
Also a nice location for His and Hers home offices.

9. Outdoor entertaining is easy with multiple seating areas and pool with
2 built in grills – great for summer parties. The outdoor music completes any
gathering! The central stereo system with speakers in every room on all 3 floors
of our home inside and out.

10. Having the privacy of a country setting, however on the train platform to NYC in
10 minutes! Merritt Parkway and I-95 access in minutes as well.
