parties; imagine it filled with family & friends from
the living room to the backyard, plus the den too
2. Convenience for shopping, restaurants and
commuting. (Forgot something for the party; no
problem, walk to the store & back in a few minutes.)
3. Walking to school was so easy, and great for
having classmates come on over after school
4. A lively front yard with lots of motion, contrasted
by a backyard that is peaceful and private, two
worlds just steps apart
5. The large rock in the backyard has been the
pitcher's mound for countless baseball games
6. A great place for walks, to the library, parks,
restaurants and tranquil neighborhoods filled with
friendly neighbors
7. A short ride (even by bike) to the beach
8. Front slate walkway is perfect for playing
hopscotch to the front door
9. Day-away to New York City by train for a show or
museum was always fun and exciting
