TOP 10 THINGS WE WILL MISS ABOUT 78 HILLSPOINT ROAD

1. I have enjoyed my beautiful home for all of it's natural light and open
space. It is so comfortable, warm and welcoming.

2. The early weekend morning in my office while everyone is still sleeping with
my lazy dogs hanging out with me in front of the fireplace.

3. We love to entertain and the kitchens so suited for it. I can be busy cooking and
everyone can be in the kitchen with me. There is even room for people to help. It is
a very well organized kitchen. It is also nice that it set apart so if I hire help they can
be in the kitchen while we can be in the other family room or outside enjoying the
party.

4. Fall mornings outside with the fireplace going is such a nice way to wake up with a
good cup of coffee and newspaper. It is like upscale camping.

5. It is so nice not having to drive to the gym. We just walk downstairs and get busy in
the gym our son designed. Our personal trainer loves to come over and work with us.
No excuses not to get your workout in for the day -- even if it is a quickie.

6. Our lower level is so much year round fun with natural light, space and high end
finishings. Movies, pool and table games in the winter with the perfect ambiance
enhanced by a warm fire. Or, swimming, badmitton, corn hole and swimming in the
Summer. We will miss our annual Cinco de Mayo parties here.

7. I love to play in my garden. It is big enough to plant plenty of things and small
enough that it doesn't require a lot of work. The fresh vegetables and fruit are
wonderful to eat!

8. It is so nice to be centrally located to everything Westport has to offer. The
train station is an effortless 5 minute scooter or car ride away (to either Westport
or Greens Farm stations) and a casual walk to the beach is a ritual. The grocery
store, pharmacy, dry cleaners, restaurants, hardware store and the stores on Main
St are minutes away.

9. We love to open the pool early, heat it up in time to have a fun party to kick off
the coming Summer season. We have such a wonderful time enjoying our outdoor
space well into the Fall with the heaters and fireplace. Never a shortage of Smores
around here. We also enjoy a trip to the beach. A round of golf at Long Shore is fun
too.

10. The holidays are so magical here, particularly with a light snow fall blanketing the
large lawn. We have the house professionally lighted outside with automatic timers and
it looks beautiful. The best part is looking at the huge colorfully lit Christmas tree out the
kitchen window. The house decorates well and easy to have a festive season. A Holiday party is
a must!
