Top Ten Things We Enjoyed

1. Grilling on our expansive deck while the kids are playing in the private backyard.

2. Eating farm-to-table with our fenced-in (deer proof) home vegetable garden, with easy access from the

kitchen.

3. Pulling into the garage with groceries and being able to come right in to the kitchen and walk-in pantry.

So convenient!

4. Entertaining! Holiday parties & gatherings (up to 100 guests is easy) are a breeze with the wet bar & butler’s

pantry smartly situated between the 2 seating areas. Drinks & dessert set up is ideal, and the additional

dishwashing drawers are a huge help.

5. The glorious Kitchen! Endless work space on the island, the 2nd sink and the oversized range. We use

the warming drawer all the time while gathering for dinner.

6. Enjoying the ambiance of the spa-like master bath with the crystal chandelier and warm colors.

7. Enjoying a cup of coffee on the front porch, no matter the weather, or a glass of wine by the fire on a

winters night.

8. The amount of storage in the house is incredible. Besides the huge attic and basement space, there are

walk-in closets everywhere

9. The large Rec Room! The kids & their friends love spending time there and hosted many ping pong

tournaments & sleepovers.

10. Driving home through the beautiful subdivision. Every home is impeccably maintained & the neighbors

are so friendly.
