1. Location, Location, Location! Living waterfront in
Westport — need we say more?
2. Spectacular LI Sound views at EVERY time of day
from nearly EVERY room — we will DEFINITELY miss this!
3. Living a hop and a skip away from Greens Farms
Academy gave us a few extra minutes of sleep on
weekday mornings!
4. Our PRIVATE road allows sanctuary from the routine
hustle and bustle in our busy lives!
5 . Southport Village and Westport shopping are at our
fingertips — no need to travel far for Starbucks or the
Times.
6 . Playing pool in our ―plaid‖ room, laughing with fami-
ly and friends while munching appetizers on our deck.
7 . My gorgeous new kitchen is timeless and the perfect
gathering spot for those rare occasions when we can’t
stay outdoors a minute longer!
8. Nearly 3 acres of lush nature are all that we see—no
buildings or rooftops spoil our scenery.
9. Bird watching from my lounge chair on the deck
while sipping tea in my pajamas.
10. Riding bikes, powerwalking, entertaining, playing in
the yard, listening to nature and so much more!
