The formal living is not original to 1780, and serves

as an added bonus to the first floor. The large

fireplace is wonderful to cozy up to, and the built-

ins are perfect for books and family photos. The

french door leads to the covered section of the patio,

fantastic for summer parties or enjoying a glass of

wine during happy hour. The wall of windows also

allows for a wonderful view of the back yard and the

blooms of the various perennials and rose bushes

throughout the seasons.
