750 BURR STREET

1. The spa/resort like atmosphere both inside and
out with comfortable elegant rooms, a gorgeous
pool and setting, and our ability to feel like we are
away on vacation at an elegant resort while still
enjoying the comforts of home.

2. Being able to invite our extended families for a
weekend of activities and celebrations and hav-
ing the room to house everyone discreetly on the
property without anyone feeling crowded.

3. The feeling of living in an enclave behind our
gates yet still being located on a very accessible
street which provides us easy direct access to
downtown Fairfield or ready access to both major
highways. Directions to out of town guests are
simple to follow making this house an easy desti-
nation.

4. Curling up with a bag of hot popcorn in our
comfy first floor media room (the TV was replaced
in 2014!)for a football game by the fire on a cool
fall day.

5. Having a rousing game of volleyball/
badminton and yes, even Ultimate Frisbee on the
lawn on a hot summer day and falling in to the
pool to cool off before the barbecue gets fired
up.
