Q: What will you miss the most about your home:
A: We built our home in 2005 and have created a space that was perfect for our growing family
– we have made many memories here and we will definitely miss our home. We will miss the
summers spent in the backyard, our open Fmily Room and Kitchen area that our family has
spent so much time and our finished Lower Level that has provided so many memories.
Q: Please describe the renovation process:
A: Over the years we have made the necessary updates to keep our home modern and comfortable.
In 2008, as our kids started to get bigger and we needed more space, we finished the Lower
Level – creating an extra Bedroom, Playroom, home gym and then eventually adding the bar. We
updated the Kitchen and the Family Room in 2021, giving us our favorite space in the house.
Q: Why are you moving?
A: As our kids have grown older and will by leaving the nest, we are looking to downsize and
get closer to the beach.
