                                                          THE PROUD HOMEOWNERS OF

                                                                161 CEDAR ROAD

Q: WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS HOME?

A: I wanted to create a unique home in a tranquil setting close to town and beaches.

Q: PLEASE DESCRIBE THE RENOVATION PROCESS.

A: I wanted to create a space that gave me privacy when needed from the rest of the

household. I also often have overnight visitors and therefore wanted all bedrooms to have
separate entrance as well as en suite bathrooms. We love to entertain and needed an open
floor plan as well as a state of the art kitchen. I was able to create this by moving existing
walls and adding a second floor master bedroom and bath as well as a family room above

                              the garage.

Q: DID YOU EVER CONSIDER PUTTING IN A POOL?

A: I was going to put in a pool but my children are off to college so there is no need for a pool.

                            Q: WHY ARE YOU MOVING?

A: House too big for myself. Children are off to College.

Q: WILL YOU MISS THE NEIGHBORS?

A: We will absolutely miss many of our fun, loving and caring neighbors.

Q: TELL ME ABOUT THE GROUNDS.

A: House is located close to town and beautiful beach. Property is private, tranquil and has a

brook running through down by the shed.

Q: WHAT MAKES YOUR LOT SO SPECIAL?

A: Location!!! Surrounded by trees and wildlife
