Top Ten THINGS WE WILL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT 100 CROWN VIEW DRIVE

1. If you like to entertain, this is the house for you! From the enormous kitchen to the fun

Great Room, there is plenty of room for everyone. The house was designed to have many

areas to congregate in, whether a dinner party for 10 or a Holiday gathering for 50.

2. The Chef's Kitchen is amazing...oversized island with plenty of workspace; double oven

and 3 sinks - and tons of cabinetry for great storage.

3. We love to make popcorn and watch a movie on the 100" screen in the home theatre room
with surround sound.

4. The house gets fantastic light throughout the seasons... Morning light in the front of the

house, and afternoon sun in the back.

5. Having morning coffee or dinner on the back patio, only 2 steps down from the kitchen,

along the rock garden filled with perennials and specimen trees. The back yard is so quiet

and peaceful.|

6. Wolfe Park / Great Hollow Lake is truly one of the most amazing parks in all of Fairfield

County. It has everything. We enjoyed it for many years while the kids were little.

7. The Master Bath is so relaxing... the warm tones of Travertine and Onyx are soft and

inviting. And the huge shower outweighed having a tub. The heated floors are such a treat

during the winter!

8. Highly ranked schools were an important factor for us, and they have only improved over

the years. Now awarded Blue Ribbon and academically ranked, the education offered to

our residents is fantastic.

9. Tons of storage between the basement, full attic and outdoor shed.

10. The location is wonderful... private and serene yet 7 minutes to get to Big Y or Stop & Shop.

And, fantastic restaurants in town, nearby Sandy Hook or down Route 34 to New Haven.
