1. Making meals in our chefs quality kitchen! Love the

space, layout and comfortable setting.

2. Entertaining especially during the summer with the
beautiful landscaping, patio and pool. Great flow

indoors and out!

3. Enjoying time just sitting on the patio in the nicer
weather and hearing the fountain running in the

backyard. Always tranquil and peaceful!

4. Will miss our fun neighbors. We actually put a gate in
the fence in the backyard so we could visit with the

neighbors behind us more easily!

5. The great neighborhood which is unique to the
area. Very family friendly. Neighborhood kids all play

together and ride bikes while parents can keep an eye

on them.

6. Will miss being so close to everything! Train stations,

shopping, schools, highway are all minutes away.

7. Location that is nestled between Fairfield and
Westport that makes it so easy to do things in each

town's downtown area.

8. Loved having the bonus room and the finished
basement for our teenage girls to use for having

friends over.

9. We will miss having our family over for holiday
get togethers and having room to accommodate

everyone!

10. Having a guest room separated from the family
bedrooms so our guests had privacy.
