4. While our location is convenient, it’s also very peaceful. We’ll miss hearing the
sounds of nature and the occasional sound of music coming from the Levitt
Pavillion.

5. Fieldcrest Road is right in the middle of town. It has easy access to schools,
stores, the library, the beach and transportation. We love that it’s so easy to get
to places from here.

6. We have had many, many holidays and celebrations here. The house has a flow
to it that makes it easy and comfortable for family and friends to gather. We’ll
miss setting up banquet tables in the family room and having holiday dinners
and college reunions. Rooms were accessed or closed o­ with the pocket doors
when smaller parties were had.

7. We’ll miss sitting in the den while enjoying a fire and reading. The fireplace has
always been the focal point of the den to us. It’s a cozy setting for a good read
and listening to whatever music we’re in the mood for.

8. We’ll miss our Family Room. It’s where we go to relax, watch a movie, entertain,
or watch the children play. With the installation of new windows we enjoy a
sun drenched room for all four seasons. Our vistas seem so much clearer. We’ve
often commented that it’s a bit like watching a nature show. We notice changes
in the sky– the landscape and the di­erent birds and deer that visit. We even
had the chance to watch two kits frolicking in the snow while their mother
looked on.

9. Our beautifully updated Bathrooms! They make our early morning routines
more enjoyable. It’s so nice to wake up and start the day in such a pleasant way.

10. When we first saw 5 Fieldcrest we were struck by how ‘tucked away” it looked,
yet was so close to everything… for Connecticut. Then we stepped inside the
house and it just felt like home. We knew instantly that this was the house we
wanted to make our home and raise our young family in. Now that our children
are adults it’s time for new horizons and adventures!
