What are some of your favorite features of the home and property?

Some favorites are the back deck and pool, front porch (enjoy sitting on it in the
evening with a drink), flowering plants Spring-Fall, downstairs living space for

exercising and a place where our teens hung out with their friends, cozy fireplace,
fieldstone steps and walkway to the firepit.

What made you buy this particular home when you were looking?

The outdoor landscaping and high-end finishes inside. Also, close to the schools and
our friends. We loved that it was so close to Whitney Farms golf course, Lake Zoar and
the hiking trails at Webb Mountain and Paugussett State Forest. We knew the kids

would love Wolfe Park as well.

Tell me a little about the neighborhood/area?

It's an amazing neighborhood - packed with families that get together all the time.
Being part of the Whitney Farms Golf Course and Jones Tree Farm. Very convenient
being near the town green, library, shopping, churches and police station.

What do you love about living in Monroe?

It has such a great community feel - active youth sport programs, fantastic public

schools, safe town for kids to hang out in, convenient location to jobs in surrounding
cities.

Why are you moving?

We spent 30 years in Monroe and have enjoyed it immensely. Our kids are now adults
and have moved to other states so we are looking to start a new chapter in our life in
Hilton Head, SC!
