Directly off the foyer to the right is the formal
                                                                   Living Room. Some unique features of this room

                                                                   are the decorative plaster trim on the ceiling as
                                                                   well as the original herringbone pattern in the
                                                                   oak flooring. Mirroring the Dining Room are a
                                                                   set of french doors that open to another Juliet
                                                                   balcony overlooking the expansive front lawn.

                                                                   This was the original Dining Room of the home,
                                                                   which is why it's so grand in scale and size. It
                                                                   further leads to a room (currently used as the

                                                                   home gym) lined in curved atrium french doors
                                                                   that flood the room with natural light. These
                                                                   doors open to a wide balcony to bring the
                                                                   outside in... breathtaking. There are 2 bedrooms
                                                                   and a full bath connected to this section - works

                                                                   perfectly as guest,  in-law  or au pair quarters.
