Since the home was originally built in 1834, it was
important to the owner to uphold as much of the
authentic character as possible when rebuilding
from the ground up. This was accomplished in
preserving the original white pine floors in the
dining room and re-purposing an original beam for
the fireplace mantle. The original entrance to the
home was also maintained. The authentic wrought
iron doors in the study reveal much of the home's
history. Off of this exquisitely restored dining room
is an extravagant butler's pantry equipped with
sink, wine and beverage fridges, and an
abundance of storage!
