What made you fall in love with 127 College Park Drive?
We instantly fell in love with the location and the timeless, classic style of the home.
Once we stepped inside, we saw so much potential. We were looking for a
neighborhood where our daughter could safely play outside, ride bikes with friends,
and walk to school, and this home checked every box while still being so close to town.

Tell us about the renovation process.
We renovated the entire home from top to bottom, including the kitchen, bathrooms,
windows, flooring, heating and cooling systems, and landscaping. We opened up the
floor plan to create a more modern flow and made the kitchen the heart of the home,

connecting it to the dining room and its charming brick fireplace. We also reimagined
the family room to bring in warmth and togetherness, which was one of our biggest
priorities during the renovation.

Will you miss the neighbors?
Absolutely, our neighbors are the best! It's the kind of community where everyone
looks out for each other. Whether it’s helping with the dog, picking up mail, or just

checking in, there’s a real sense of care and connection. We’ll definitely miss that.

Why are you moving?
We’re originally from Massachusetts, and while we’ve loved raising our daughter here,
it’s time to move back to be closer to family. It’s a bittersweet decision, we’ve made so
many wonderful memories in this home, but it feels right to return home.

What makes your property so special?
Definitely the outdoor space. During Covid, we spent a lot of time at home, so we
made the backyard a place where we could relax, entertain, and just have fun. It’s
been everything from a spot for BBQs and birthday parties to trampoline time, batting
practice, and even a small pool for a while! It’s a space that truly grew with our family.
