WHY ARE YOU MOVING?

We are at that point in our life where downsizing just makes sense.
We'll cherish all the wonderful memories of holidays and other special
occasions we have shared with families and friends while we have lived
here.

DID YOU EVER CONSIDER PUTTING IN A POOL?

That's a great question! We've had a pool in previous homes but for this
home it was never a consideration. Over the years we've grown tried of
the maintenance and costs associated with owning a pool. While there
is certainly room for a pool here, we have enjoyed going to the Fairfield
Beaches which are minutes away.

HAVE YOU EVER FELT THAT YOU'RE FAR AWAY OR ISOLATED?

Never! Our location in Greenfield Hill is literally minutes to all the many
amenities Fairfield has to offer. It's only a 9 minute drive to the center of
town! Families of young children love being so close to Burr Elementary
and the CT Audubon Center on Burr Street.

WILL YOU MISS THE NEIGHBORS?

Absolutely! We have treasured our neighborhood! We have enjoyed the
privacy is has provided us but at the same time we have enjoyed having
neighbors so close by. We are always passing a neighbor or two when we
take our daily walks. Families love that children can safely ride their bikes
throughout the neighborhood.
