1. Our entire family has loved living in The Ridge and enjoyed all the benefits The

Ridge offers to residents & their families. It really is a country club lifestyle with a
clubhouse for social events, heated pool, tennis courts, and a playground.

2. The location of The Ridge offers incredible ease of access to both Fairfield and

Westport. We are just a short drive to the shopping and train stations in each
town. During my children’s college years, it was convenient for both of my children
to commute home for weekends by train from New York City and my husband
travelled by train to New York City for business meetings very often.

3. The private roads in The Ridge make this neighborhood safe for residents to stroll,
jog, walk their dogs and for children to ride bikes.

4. It is a great place to raise kids! While my children, and grandchildren have enjoyed

the community pool, tennis courts, clubhouse and playground, nothing can
compete with what nature’s playground in your own backyard offers! In the winter
they spent endless hours sledding right out the back. When the leaves filled in
during summer they enjoyed exploring the wooded areas and building forts.

5. The Ridge also offers a lot of activities for adults at the Clubhouse. I personally have
enjoyed going to water aerobics with neighbors and friends at The Ridge pool. We
will miss living in The Ridge!

6. The location of our home and surrounding wooded areas offers so much privacy
but we love that we are still in a neighborhood.

7. We have loved entertaining in our beautiful home. From the family room, to the
dining room, living room and lounge, every room is spacious and offers a full view

of the lush backyard. The rear deck spans the entire back of the home making it a
great place to entertain as well.

8. My grandson enjoyed going to the pool with friends and looked forward to the

planned activities at the Clubhouse like breakfast and pictures with Santa, and
annual Easter Egg Hunt. The ice cream truck visits at the pool was his favorite, along
with the food trucks and bounce house at the summer party. As a teen, he still
enjoys trick-or-treating with his friends in The Ridge's safe surroundings.

9. Our favorite room is the lounge. We converted the study into a lounge and have
had lots of fun throughout the years entertaining family and friends from near and
far. The fireplace in the lounge makes for a cozy atmosphere in the winter.

10. The 24 hour gate house security is an added peace of mind.
