ABOUT THE BUILDER

ANDY PIEKARSKI, PIEKA CONSTRCTION INC.

Andrzej Piekarski arrived from Poland with a Master Degree in Mining
Machines eager to perfect the practical application of his knowledge. That

pursuit began in Passaic, New Jersey where he found work as a laborer for a
roofing company. Within a short six months Andy, as he is known, had proven
his worth and his position was elevated to that of supervisor.

Wanting to start a family and settle down he was drawn to the beauty of

Connecticut where he established a permanent residence. He continued
his education increasing his experience while working with a local framing
contractor. His knowledge and abilities were expanding to all the trades and
every aspect of the craft as were his responsibilities and position. Eventually,
Andy found himself running the entire business. Joining with other builders
he made careful investments to learn the financial side of the business. Not
satisfied with a building collaboration, he decided it was time to open his
own company and Pieka Construction Inc. was established in 1992.

For over 20 years Pieka Construction has built some of the most beautiful
homes and commercial sites in Connecticut. Andy prides himself in his,
honesty, customer satisfaction, and insists on using only the finest quality of
materials, workmanship and finishes. What sets him apart from others is his
hands-on understanding of the trades. His skills shine in every aspect of the
building process from design to finish. With 24/7 service he has maintained

friendships with all of his clients, many of whom are repeat customers.
