INTERIOR RENOVATIONS
Completely RENOVATED ALL BATHROOMS
• Master bathroom- The original bathroom was a NARROW, railroad bathroom.
• The original fixtures (toilet and tub/shower only) were in front of that.
• We knocked down that wall and opened the bathroom up to where it is today.
• We gutted out the bathroom, relocated and pushed back, toilet, tub and shower to
where they are now.
• We added in a shower AND separate tub, originally it was one unit.
• Reconfigured the bathroom sinks as where they are today
• Added in heated floors and travertine along with custom wormy chestnut cabinets.
• Added in the large bathroom window above Ultra Bain Chakra Air tub.
• Added a privacy bathroom with bidet
MASTER BEDROOM
• Reconfigured closet to make a room and functional dressing room
• Closed up the additional closet doors.
• Created custom cabinetry to enhance the extra large bedroom space
PRIVATE DRESSING ROOM
• Built out and expanded the dressing room from a small closet
• The original knee wall overlooking the kitchen wrapped around into the current
dressing room.
• The original owner had a banister so you can overlook the kitchen from the hallway
and to the right of the hallway that is now a part of the current dressing room.
• There was one small closet on the back wall where the mirrored cabinet sits now, it
had one clothing rack.
• We removed the banister, added in a knee wall, and erected a wall to create what is
there now.
• A functional and roomy dressing room with custom cabinetry.
• There is access to the second attic here for personal storage.
JACK AND JILL
• The bathroom was ONE LONG bathroom, we gutted it out and reconfigured it to the
way it is today to allow for complete privacy for 2 people to share the room .
• Installed new fixtures, new windows, privacy toilet area, heated floor and travertine
along with new cabinetry
