TOP 10 THINGS WE'LL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT 605 PENFIELD ROAD

1. The neighborhood and beach life style that has a vibrancy for life and
fun times like no other neighborhood can offer.

2. Relaxing on the front porch with sea views, hearing the children playing on the
beach or off to play with the kids around the corner and the neighbors stopping to
say hi while out walking the dog.

3. Being in the heart of the beach area and close to everything. Steps to the beach.
Short walk to the elementary school, playgrounds, tennis and bocce courts. Walk to
town and trains. 5-minute drive to I95. We will surely miss Fairfield Theater Company -
the best concert venue in Connecticut and only a $5 Uber ride away!

4. Days and nights swimming in the warm pool where we taught the neighborhood
kids to swim and relaxing with a good book under the shade of the lanai.

5. The many holidays with friends and family with ease and making good use of the
frosty beverage fridge at the wet bar.

6. The bright airy feel of the house gives such a warm, friendly and peaceful vibe.
It’s a welcoming unpretentious, casual beach house.

7. My dream kitchen with plenty of storage and counter space. The double oven
is also a microwave, the gas stove top has built in griddle and the warming drawer
made the holidays a breeze. The grill, right outside of the kitchen door on the back
deck is so convenient.

8. I will miss the large windows in the office where I see the birds and the young
kids walking or cycling to their friend’s house, all while I sit at my desk during that
conference call!

9. There is so much storage all over the house and so much more than you would
ordinarily find on a first floor. When we renovated the first floor, storage was high on
my list of must haves.

10. The versatile pool room /den, where we have spent many nights playing pool or having
ping pong tournaments with the kids, or at our many large family gatherings.
