1. The beautiful views of each season from every window is something I will always
fondly remember and truly miss.
2. The house has a wonderful flow with spacious rooms and is perfect for entertaining.
3. In the summer I feel like I am at my own private retreat sitting in the family room with
coffee looking out at the lush grounds, patio and pool.
4. The quiet peacefulness of the cul de sac, we don't have a lot of traffic here!
5. Everything I need is on the first floor yet I have plenty of room for family and friends to
come and stay upstairs.
6. Walking in the neighborhood and greeting neighbors along the way.
7. Relaxing with a good book in the summer on the sun porch.
8. Dining outside by the pool in the summer with family and friends.
9. I love that I can hop in the car and easily get to downtown Fairfield, Westport or Black
Rock Turnpike for shopping and restaurants, etc within minutes.
10. Having the mudroom with a side door entrance, laundry, powder room and the garage
entry into the kitchen is very convenient.
