AN INTERVIEW WITH THE HOMEOWNERS OF 17 WOODWAY LANE

WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH THE HOME?
We built the home for our family. It is on a very private and special property. The home reflects our own
backgrounds, not a cookie cutter American Colonial. The home has strong bones, was built really well and
has never caused us issues. It is a home built for entertaining. There is a wonderful flow to each of the rooms
and the outside and yet every area can be closed off. The kitchen is the heart of the home and has been
used. The golf green has been the most used asset in this home. It has improved our golf game and has
been used in all seasons. The outdoor room has been used in 3 seasons and is where all the teenagers hang
out during Thanksgiving. The man cave and snooker table has been the place for many fun evenings. We will
miss everything.

PLEASE DESCRIBE THE RENOVATION PROCESS ...
The house was a unique home and Div was involved every step of the way. We brought all our creativity
and energy to building this home. We built large rooms that feel comfortable. The kitchen has been
extraordinary. Our master bedroom suite and each bedroom having its own bathroom have all been great.
The study is very useful. The outdoor area is incredibly special -- the enclosed room, incredible outside
kitchen with a wood burning grill (inspired during a trip to Argentina) and a great gas fire pit. wonderful to
have friends and drinks.

DID YOU EVER CONSIDER PUTTING IN A POOL?
We did consider a pool and had the plans. There is an option to put in a pool. We decided it was easier and
better for us to simply join a pool club instead and have someone else do the work on a pool.

WILL YOU MISS THE NEIGHBORHOOD?
It is a wonderful walking neighborhood. Almost everyone has a dog and it is an amazing neighborhood to
walk your dog. The homes are also beautifully maintained. It is a very tony and special neighborhood.

TELL ME ABOUT THE GROUNDS ...
The grounds include woods, a small river and a beautiful hill. It looks beautiful in every season -- the wild
flowers in the spring and summer, the spectacular colors in the fall and the beautiful river and snow in the
winter. The 54 year par three looks beautiful all year round. The fireplaces outside and the fire pit are such a
fun way to keep using the outside for 3 seasons. It is a very beautiful and private space. The home and land is
very special.
