Top Ten Things we’ll miss about life at 60 Claudia Drive

1. Quiet, cool summer breeze at night

2. The three parks within walking distance

3. Having multiple beaches within 10 minute drive. Concerts at Short beach in the summer

4. Our beautiful back yard that has fruit trees, vegetable garden and a man made small pond

5. Paradise Green concerts at the gazebo on Tuesdays in the summer. Great evening with family
and friends enjoying live music

6. Family barbecue's and margaritas on our large back deck through spring to fall

7. Football Sundays in our living room..

8. Being close to stores and being able to run errands easily and close by. Having easy access to the

Merritt and I-95. Train station to go into the city for shows and diner.

9. Fishing off piers and banks in the Long Island sound.

10. Our kids grew up in this house and we hope another family makes beautiful memories here like

we did! We will miss our home and community and look forward to our next chapter of life

down south in the warm weather all year round.
