on a main route it gets priority for plowing!

5. The Fairfield public schools are amazing and Burr Elementary is only a 5 minute drive away. All

buses stop right at the house.

6. The cottage on the property offers flexibility for use and is a legal rental which can generate at

least $1500 per month.
